Visitors at this weekend’s Game Fair at Ragley Hall who are not BASC members will be able to join at any of the four entrances to the fair and receive complimentary entry.
BASC’s membership team will be posted at booths at each of the Game Fair entrances throughout the weekend, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to process memberships and allow visitors to take advantage of complimentary entry for BASC members. People wishing to join up must bring vaild photo ID.
The Game Fair is the annual gathering for people passionate about countryside pursuits and the great British countryside. It offers visitors the opportunity to try shooting, angling and tour the largest collection of fieldsports-related stands and businesses brought together in one place in the UK.
David Ilsley, BASC’s head of marketing and membership services, said: “We are very much looking forward to meeting our members at The Game Fair. If you aren’t already a member and are coming along to The Game Fair, why not take full advantage of the opportunity to join BASC on the gate and get complimentary entry. We have a range of membership options tailored to suit everyone’s circumstances.”
The Game Fair will be held at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 27th, 28th and 29th July. BASC is an official partner of the Game Fair.
BASC’s stand in Gunmakers’ Row will be co-located with The Game Fair cookery theatre (The Field Kitchen Theatre) and will celebrate game as food and the full range of shooting and conservation activities.
BASC will hold gundog scurries which will give competitors a chance to win prizes on each day.
BASC coaches will be available for those wishing to shoot on the airgun range and The Subaru Shooting line.
Ragley Hall is located two miles South West of Alcester just off the A435/A46. Eight miles from Stratford-upon-Avon.
