The search is on to find a festive photograph to adorn the front of BASC’s 2017 Christmas card.
BASC has launched a competition to find a photograph to use on the front of next year’s card.
David Ilsley, BASC’s head of marketing and membership services, said: “As countryside lovers we have the great benefit of visiting some absolutely fantastic places, seeing wildlife and people enjoying shooting and all its related activities. How many times do you see something and think ‘wouldn’t that look good on a card’? Well now is your chance to put thoughts into action.”
Martyn Jones, a member of BASC Council, said: “As the festive season approaches, why not take your camera out and about to see if you can take a winning picture? We are launching a competition to find a great image to use for our 2017 BASC Christmas card. Whether it’s a line of guns, a working dog, beaters in a wood, it’s entirely up to you.”
Images need to be uploaded by Friday 31st March here and participants will need to keep a high resolution version in case it is shortlisted.
The winner will receive a case of Foxdenton sloe gin worth £140.
BASC’s 2016 Christmas card can be purchased from Fur Feather and Fin here or by calling 01243 811844.
