Game shooters? social evening in Carlisle.

 

TV personality Sir Johnny Scott and fox shooting expert Robert Bucknell will be guests at a game shooters’ evening hosted in Carlisle by the UK’s largest shooting organisation. The British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) will hold the BASC Eden game shooters’ evening at the Shepherds Inn, Carlisle, on 24th March from 6.30pm.

 An expert panel will take questions and debate relevant issues related to sporting shooting. The panel will be led by BASC chief executive John Swift and will also include Mike Thornley, head wildlife ranger with the Forestry Commission; Robert Bucknell and representatives of Cumbria Constabulary.

There will also be a sporting auction, raffle, complimentary buffet, invited trade stands and a licensed bar. Sir Johnny Scott and Robert Bucknell will be signing copies of their books.
