The UK’s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), is offering Young Shots a chance to improve their shooting with expert one-to-one tuition.
BASC’s Northern region team will host two hands-on days which will focus on safety in the field and help with fieldcraft and will provide tuition across a wide range of simulated game targets culminating in a team flush.
The days, which are for 12 – 18-year-olds, will be held at Greenquarries Shooting Ground, Welton, near Wigton in Cumbria on 29th July and at Park Lodge Shooting Ground, East Cowick, West Yorkshire, on 26th August.
The improver days are the next step on from BASC’s Young Shots activity days.
Places cost £50 each, which includes all cartridges and clays. Guns can be supplied if required.
