BASC Northern Region has an extensive programme of Young Shots events in 2009. At just £15 per young shot, demand is always high so please book early.
The events are open to members and non members of BASC who are under 18 years of age. The days include shotgun coaching and air rifle tuition and dependant on venue also include gundog handling, deer tracking dogs, deer management, fly casting & fishing, wildfowling, pigeon shooting and much more. Mums and dads are also more than welcome to stay with their youngsters throughout the day.
The venues and dates for 2009 are 9 May at Newby Hall, North Yorkshire, 11 July at Alnwick Castle, Northumberland, 18 July at Eaton Hall, Cheshire and 21 August at Coniston Hall Shooting Ground near Skipton.
