BASC Wales will host a Young Shots introductory day at the Commonwood Shooting Ground near Wrexham on 2nd June.
Young people aged eight to 18 will take part in a variety of activities including clay and air rifle shooting under the supervision of BASC-accredited coaches; learning about gundogs, coarse fishing and more.
Places cost £20, which includes all equipment and a packed lunch.
Gary Ashton, director BASC Wales, said: “Our Young Shots days offer an excellent opportunity to try something new in a safe and supervised environment.
“No previous experience is needed as our coaches and volunteers are experts at helping newcomers to country sports.”
More than 140 Year 9 and Year 10 pupils from Darland High School in Rossett, North Wales, tried their hand at clay shooting with BASC-accredited coaches at Commonwood recently.
