A game dinner showcasing a range of dishes will be held at the Hook Norton Brewery near Banbury, Oxfordshire on the 20th February 2014.
The event, organised by the UK’s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting & Conservation (BASC) and Hook Norton Brewery, will offer the chance to have a a tour of the brewery as well as an evening of good food and good beer.
Guests will be served three courses, each accompanied by a different beer from Hook Norton’s range.
BASC staff will also be there to answer questions about the work of the association and to talk about current affairs in shooting.
Dan Reynolds, BASC South East regional director, said: “The evening promises to be a great social event. What could be better than an evening with good company which combines two fantastic ingredients; game and beer? Especially when the beer comes from award-winning brewery Hook Norton.”
James Clarke, Managing Director (Brewing) of Hook Norton Brewery, said “We are delighted to be holding this event at the brewery; shooting is very close to the heart of a number of us here at Hook Norton and beer is the perfect accompaniment to game.”
The evening will cost £35 and starts at 6:00pm. Places are limited so please book in advance.
