Guto Bebb, MP for Aberconwy will address diners at a Taste of Game dinner on the 31st January at Bodysgallen Hall, Llandudno.
Janet Finch-Saunders, Assembly Member for Aberconwy, will also be at the dinner.
Bodysgallen Hall Head Chef Michael Cheetham has teamed up with BASC Wales to create a four-course menu including game dishes such as three-bird mosaic of pheasant, partridge and duck and huntsman’s pie with pheasant and partridge as well as a selection of wines.
BASC staff will be there to discuss the work of BASC and current affairs in shooting.
Guto Bebb said: “I am delighted to be attending this evening to support BASC and to raise awareness of the considerable role they play in the preservation and conservation of the rural economy in Aberconwy.”
