BASC gearing up for Broadlands Country Show

BASC will once again team up with Countryman Fairs’ for the Broadlands Country Show.

The show will be held on Hampshire’s historic Broadlands Estate on Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May 2017.

Visitors to BASC’s stand can get information and advice on game and deer management, firearms and membership services. The stand will also feature members of the Langstone and District Wildfowling Club and Cornish Countryman Chris Green, who will also be appearing in the main arena.

Regional representatives of BASC Ladies Shooting will be on hand to answer questions and sign up new members.

BASC-accredited coaches will be giving lessons throughout the two days on the coaching line. New for this year will be the BASC airgun coaching stand, where people can try airgun shooting under the expert tuition of qualified airgun coaches.

Michelle Nudds from BASC South East said: “We are delighted once again to be attending the show at Broadlands where we have the opportunity to meet our members from across the South East.

“We will be able to help them with advice on things such as firearms licensing, gundog training, deer stalking courses and much more.

“It is also a great opportunity to promote the work of BASC such as our Young Shots events, Green Shoots Mapping and the promotion of game meat.”
