BASC will once again team up with Countryman Fairs for the Highclere Country Show.
The show will be held in the grounds of Highclere Castle – the iconic backdrop of ITV’s Downton Abbey – on 26th and 27th May.
BASC staff will be able to advise members on the current situation regarding general licences.
Visitors to the BASC stand will also be able to get information and advice on game and deer management, firearms and membership services.
Michelle Nudds from BASC South East said: “We are looking forward to attending the show at Highclere and meeting our members from across the South East of England.
“We will be able to advise them on the latest situation regarding general licences and will be able to give advice on things such as firearms licensing, gundog training, deer stalking courses and much more.
“The show also provides a great opportunity to promote the work of BASC, our Young Shots events, Green Shoots Mapping project and game meat.”
BASC-accredited shotgun coaches will be giving coaching lessons throughout the two days on the coaching line and people will be able to try airgun shooting under the expert tuition of qualified coaches on the BASC airgun coaching stand.
