4,000 try shooting with BASC’s shooting simulator

simulatorMore than 4,000 people tried shooting sports for the first time in 2015 using BASC’s state-of-the-art shooting simulator.

BASC took the simulator to almost 30 events in 2015 including game fairs, county shows, courses, schools, political party conferences and a series of national sports roadshows. It is also available for private hire and corporate events such as weddings, conferences and AGMs.

The ST-2 simulator – the most realistic on the market – is always accompanied by BASC-accredited shotgun coaches to provide a professional introduction to shotgun shooting.

Peter Marshall, BASC’s Sporting Services Officer, said: “The simulator is an ideal way to introduce newcomers to shooting. It’s also great for experienced shooters to analyse their shooting in fine detail, with the simulator’s analytical tools and replay function.”

Mike Hardy from BASC Council said: “The ST-2 provides an opportunity for people to try shooting for themselves using a computer simulator. We had some very positive feedback from everyone who used it.”
