This was an opportunity for 12 young people aged between 13 and 17 years to learn more about sporting rifles on a military approved range near Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The event featured instruction in the safe use and handling of sporting rifles, deer management, field etiquette and range procedure as well as the chance to fire .22 rifles with one-to-one tuition under the supervision of a qualified NRA range conducting officer.
