Clay shooting at BASC Gamekeepers? Fair

The clay shooting competition at BASC’s Gamekeepers’ Fair is going to be extra special this year.

The area set aside for the shoot, which is being sponsored by Subaru and Promatic, has moved slightly giving a great location for simulated game targets, including a 40 bird re-entry, two-man flush and pool shoot.

There will be prizes on offer for High Guns but all entry cards will also be put into a lottery and the winner will receive a Superhawk Trap from Promatic.

BASC’s regional director for the Midlands, Steve Bloomfield, said:  “We hope the added incentive of a free prize draw will encourage more grassroots shooters and gamekeepers who normally wouldn’t enter such competitions to get involved this year.”

BASC’s Gamekeepers’ Fair is being held at Catton Park in south Derbyshire on 18-19 April.
