BASC is to invest in two further regional officers to meet the requirements of its growing membership for regional services. The new posts will provide additional support in Central England and in London and the South East and follow the recent appointment of a regional officer in the North West.
BASC chief executive Richard Ali said “BASC Council is clear – BASC puts its members first and we want to deliver the best services at the best value-for-money we can achieve.”
“We have gone through a detailed strategic review looking at how we can provide services for our growing membership where and when they want them – locally and face-to-face.”
Recruitment of the new regional officers will be announced on the BASC website.
