Thousands of people will get the ultimate countryside experience when they visit the West Country Game Fair on 15-16 March in Somerset.
The British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) will be on hand to offer advice on all areas of shooting as well as running the shotgun coaching line and doing game cookery demonstrations.
New attractions for 2008 include working gundog tests, an interactive gundog clinic and mini gallery demonstrations on practical gun maintenance, game butchery, a duck calling master class and mink trapping.
BASC regional director for the south west, Jamie Stewart, said: “There will be so much happening over the weekend that people will get to experience a range of countryside activities. It really will be a great day out for the whole family.”
