The Devon Wildfowlers & Conservation Association in partnership with BASC is putting on a day of rural pursuits and entertainment, for everyone interested in the countryside.
The event is being held in the grounds of Escot Park near Ottery St Mary on 7 September between 10am and 4pm.
There will be dog tests and scurries, Wetland nature walks, ferret racing, big bore clay competition, air rifle and shotgun coaching, wildfowling and pigeon decoying demos, displays and trade stands. Admission is free.
The event will also feature a clay shoot competition (50 bird sporting) with cash prizes. £12 per scorecard (fibre wad – bring your shotgun certificate).
