BASC Northern Ireland will run a Young Shots activity day on Saturday 24th September at Foymore Lodge Country Pursuits Centre, near Portadown.
Activities on the day will include air rifle shooting, archery, flycasting and instructional demonstrations on shotgun and air rifle safe handling.
The day costs £10 for BASC members and £32 (which includes BASC membership) for non-members. Lunch will be provided.
BASC Northern Ireland development officer John Woolsey said: “This is an excellent opportunity for young people in Northern Ireland to learn about shotgun and air rifle safety under the instruction of BASC-accredited shotgun coaches. Previous Young Shots days have been very popular and as well as providing a fun day out, the activities promote shooting sports among young people."
