One of the Antiques Roadshow’s firearms experts, Bill Harriman, will be staging a roadshow in County Armagh next month.
Bill, who is one of the world’s leading experts on firearms and BASC’s director of firearms, will be on hand to give advice on all aspects of firearms – from use and care of firearms, to their history and valuation. People can bring along their firearms of military or sporting interest, along with unusual or interesting firearms and related items to find out more about them and to get them valued.
The event is taking place on Saturday 24 October at Lisnalea Rod & Gun Club near Markethill, Armagh from 10am until 4.30pm. A barbeque lunch will be provided by the club. There is no charge for the event but a small donation to support the club’s Young Shots activities would be welcome.
