BASC’s YouTube views top a million

BASC’s YouTube channel has clocked up more than a million views.

The channel, BASCfilms, launched in 2011 and features 90 different films focusing on shooting and conservation.

Tom O’Carroll, BASC’s video producer, said: “YouTube is a way for the world to find out who we are and what we do. Our mission has always been to make high quality, informative films. It is just great to think that people have been educated and informed by our films.”

Sarah Turner, a member of BASC Council, said: “Reaching a million views on such a huge social media platform is an awesome achievement. Tom and the team put in a lot of time and work to produce such high quality and educational content and it is fantastic to see that they are engaging with the audience on such a massive scale.”
