Gamekeeping teams set to compete in BASC college clay shoot

Twenty three teams from 10 colleges across the UK will go head to head in BASC’s annual Gamekeeping College Clay Shoot today (March 22nd).

Each team will shoot 320 targets, with individuals facing 80 clays over a layout of different stands at Park Farm Shooting Ground near Worcester.

BASC’s head of game and deer management, Glynn Evans said: “BASC’s annual Gamekeeping College Clay Shoot provides a great opportunity for student gamekeepers to come together from across the country to meet and compete over a challenging clay-shooting course. BASC are pleased to be organising the competition once again.”

The event is sponsored by Bushwear, Chudleys, Suzuki and Swarovski.
