BASC launches election websites

campaign_imageBASC has launched three unique campaigning websites for the upcoming devolved elections in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The websites equip all those with an interest in shooting to identify their candidates and email them seeking their views on shooting and conservation. The position of candidates can be recorded on the site so that voters know where their candidates stand.

The websites can be accessed here.

Christopher Graffius, BASC’s director of communications, said: “We have launched these websites to help those who shoot engage with their candidates in the run-up to these elections.

“We want to inform and educate candidates who may not know much about shooting and we want to work with all those elected. Everyone who cares about shooting and conservation and can vote should use these sites to find out where their candidates stand on shooting and if they’re prepared to take an interest in shooting if they are elected.”
