BASC has launched a Roving Reception to give members in London the chance to meet each other, access to their local BASC team and the opportunity to visit premium sites related to shooting and fieldsports.
A series of drinks receptions will be held in the Capital in the coming months. The first will be held at James Purdey & Sons on Wednesday 11 March and will feature a presentation from Purdey’s chairman James Horne.
This will be followed by receptions at Orvis on 13th May, William Evans on 9th September, Holland & Holland on 14th October and Ray Ward on 11th November.
Places will cost £25 and will include canapés, wine provided by The Wine Company and beer from the award-winning Hook Norton Brewery.
Huw Lloyd, BASC’s regional officer, South East England, said: “We are delighted to invite members to our new BASC Roving Reception; a series of Wednesday evening drinks events in London during 2015. The receptions will give BASC members a number of opportunities to meet other members and learn about each of the venues. Staff from BASC South East will be at the events to offer advice and answer questions.”
Further details about the evenings can be found here.
