The British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) has announced three Taste of Game events in the East of England.
On 8th and 9th February, Taste of Game Dinners will be held at The Queen’s Head, Hawkedon, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
On 21st February there will be a Taste of Game Dinner at The Restaurant at Ashlyns, Epping Road, North Weald, Essex.
Staff from BASC will be at the events to answer questions about the work of the association and to promote game as a quality local food. BASC’s Eastern regional director Simon Reinhold said: "Game meat is healthy and tastes great and we hope that these events will introduce even more people to its qualities. We are looking looking forward to seeing BASC members and supporters at the events along with some new faces."
