Ralph Skripek, Derbyshire restauranteur, game shot and fisherman has published a new book of seasonal game recipes called Wild Chef.
Ralph, who some of you will have seen on the BASC stand at game fairs demonstrating game cooking, is a lifelong field sportsman and supporter of BASC. This new book features game and fish gathered by Ralph himself during the seasons and includes short stories and wonderful colour illustrations. Ralph will be on the BASC stand at the Gamekeepers’ Fair and the CLA Game Fair cooking up game recipes and his book will also be available.
