Annette Cole from Taste of Game said: “People who visit the BASC stand to try a taste of game will be in for a treat. They will get to see some delicious recipes prepared and cooked before trying the delicious taste of game for themselves. We know from the publication of the Value of Shooting report that game meat is becoming more popular and is increasingly featuring on restaurant menus, in recipe books and on television, and that it is far more readily available in mainstream retailers. We hope to introduce people to its wonderful flavours this weekend.”
